- “ESTA APP” means the phone number validation SaaS operated by YONET LLC and accessible through the website yonet.us.

Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username, password, security token, and for any activity that occurs under your account. YONET LLC reserves the right to terminate your account or to refuse service to you at any time and for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these terms and conditions or if we suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent activity. You agree to immediately notify YONET LLC of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Subscription Fees
To use our phone number validation software, ESTA APP, you must pay the subscription fees as set forth on our website. Subscription fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions. YONET LLC reserves the right to change the subscription fees at any time upon notice to you. If you do not agree to any changes to the subscription fees, you may cancel your subscription by providing notice to YONET LLC before the changes take effect. YONET LLC may suspend or terminate your access to ESTA APP if you fail to pay the subscription fees when due.
YONET LLC may use a third-party payment processor to process your payment of the subscription fees. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the third-party payment processor in connection with your payment of the subscription fees.
Phone Number Validation
Our phone number validation SaaS, ESTA APP, is designed to help you validate phone numbers using an API or by importing files for bulk validation. The results of our phone number validation SaaS are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. YONET LLC does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of our phone number validation results. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our phone number validation SaaS complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will not use our phone number validation SaaS to validate phone numbers that you know or should reasonably suspect to be associated with fraud, illegal activity, or spam. YONET LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our phone number validation SaaS if we believe that you have violated these terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our phone number validation SaaS, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, belong to YONET LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any part of our phone number validation SaaS without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
YONET LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of our phone number validation SaaS. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if YONET LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YONET LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with your use of our phone number validation SaaS or any breach of these terms and conditions.
YONET LLC provides ESTA APP, on an “as is” and “as available” basis. YONET LLC does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, availability, or timeliness of our phone number validation SaaS or the information provided through our phone number validation SaaS. YONET LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, course of dealing, or course of performance. YONET LLC does not warrant that the phone number validation software will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any errors in the phone number validation software will be corrected. You understand and agree that any use of our application is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and YONET LLC regarding the use of our phone number validation ESTA APP.
